International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD), observed on 3 December each year, is a United Nations initiative that promotes community awareness, understanding, and acceptance of individuals with disabilities.
Each year, the UN announces a theme that focuses on enhancing inclusivity by addressing physical, technological, and attitudinal barriers. This year’s theme is ‘amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future’.
The PGT support the International Day of People with Disability and strive to advocate awareness and inclusivity for all.
